Mini Practice // Yoga For Intimacy
Join me for a stimulating home practice that will open your root & heart chakras, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for relaxation.
You will learn 5 simple floor poses and a simple breathing exercise.
No equipment required. You can practice on a yoga mat, a carpeted area, a flat blanket, a folded towel.
No experience required. Complete beginners will feel comfortable learning these foundational poses. More advanced yogis will enjoy the specialized variations for enhancing pleasure.
